Orders
Can I cancel my order?
Well, it depends. We will make every effort to work with you. If you are ordering a stock item and we have not shipped it, we will work with you to come to an acceptable resolution. That often includes allowing you to cancel your order. If your order is custom, we cannot cancel it.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We will send you a tracking number when it ships. You’re always welcome to contact us as well.
Backorders
Many items can be backordered. When shopping, you will know instantly when a product is in stock, when it is out of stock and on which items we allow for backorders.

What happens if my order is damaged upon arrival?
It is unlikely that your product will be damaged during transit, as we build our product to withstand abuse and we go the extra mile to package it properly for shipment. In the event it is damaged, contact us immediately. We will work to get the problem resolved.

Where does NSO ship to?
NSO ships to the lower 48 states.
Can I pick up my rack to avoid shipping?
Yes! You are welcome to pick it up. And we would love to meet you!

Company & product info
How much weight can our racks support?
They have been load tested upwards of 500 lbs. per DRS-1. However, we recommend that you read the Owner’s Manual for your particular vehicle and not exceed the weight limits stated therein.
Does NSO price match?
All of our Dealers are required to maintain MAP (minimum authorized pricing). Hence, pricing is consistent. However, you might find a lower price from one Dealer than another. If so, congratulations!
Do I need to drill into my vehicle?
No. The Gen 2 Tundra and Gen 3 Tacoma come with a “Deck Rail” system from Toyota. Our racks are designed to fit them without any drilling into the vehicle.
What truck models will NSO racks work for?
Gen 2 Tundra (2007 to Present) and Gen 3 Tacoma (2016 to Present)
Will my vehicle fit into garages with the rack?
That all depends on your garage! The DRS add XX” to the overall height of your truck. There is no additional length or width constraints.
Are the Cargo Boxes water resistant?
Yes! But they are not waterproof. They will keep you gear dry if it is raining but not if you submerge the boxes. Our boxes are welded all around and they have a Trim-Lok seal.
